Returns & Exchanges

At Zapped Headwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fit; if your headwear isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your headwear in its original box to prevent crushing during transit and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
